- Drive via Marina Gardens Drive. Paid parking available at Gardens by the Bay Car Park (Basement 1 & 2).
- 10-minute scenic walk via Helix Bridge or Lions Bridge from Marina Bay Sands.
- Alternatively, take 97, 106, or 133 ? Stop at Marina Bay Sands and walk via Lions Bridge.
- Take Downtown Line (DT16) or Circle Line (CE1) to Bayfront MRT Station. Exit B ? Follow the underground linkway ? 10-min walk to Gardens by the Bay.

Know Before You Go for Cloud Forest Tickets, Singapore
- Bring the ticket voucher along with valid photo ID proof for entry.
- Once you leave the premises, re-entry is not allowed.
- Commercial photography, videography, and live broadcasting are not permitted.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
- Food and drinks purchased at the garden are not allowed in the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest.
- Open fires, including barbecues and lighted candles, are strictly prohibited.
- Dogs are allowed in outdoor gardens but not in conservatories, OCBC Skyway, gift shops, and the Children's Garden (except for guide dogs).
- Dogs must be leashed and muzzled if specified under the Animals & Birds (Dog Licensing & Control) Rules.
- Owners must clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste hygienically.
- Visitors with strollers/prams should use lifts instead of escalators for safety.
- Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to refuse admission, halt activities, or ask visitors to leave if terms and conditions are breached.
- Complete your visit on the same day and within the selected time slot.
- Check closure dates on the official website before booking, as refunds or rescheduling are not provided for visits on closure dates.
- Littering is prohibited and subject to a fine. Use designated bins to keep the gardens clean.
- In case we are unable to process your tickets, an automatic refund will be initiated after deducting a non-refundable fee as applicable.
- Time slots are subject to availability. If your selected slot is unavailable, your booking will be automatically adjusted to the nearest available slot within a 30–45 minute window, either before or after your chosen time.
- Ticketex shall not be liable for any non-receipt of emails sent to the customer’s registered email address. If an email has been successfully dispatched from our system, the transaction will be considered valid and completed, and no refunds or chargebacks will be entertained on that basis.
- Ticketex retains system-generated records (email dispatch logs, transaction confirmations, etc.) as valid proof of service delivery in the event of a chargeback or dispute.
- In the event of a dispute or chargeback, proof of successful payment processing and email delivery will be considered sufficient evidence of service fulfillment.
- A booking is considered successfully completed once payment is processed and confirmation is sent from our system, irrespective of whether the customer has viewed or acknowledged the email.

- In case of adverse weather, union strikes, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, trips or activities may be canceled. Alternative feasible options will be provided, but cash refunds are not available.
