- Once you leave the premises, re-entry is not allowed.

- Some rides are not suitable for pregnant women or those with back/neck problems, heart conditions, or high blood pressure.

- Ticket costs change with selected travel dates. Last?minute bookings may carry extra fees due to limited availability and higher acquisition costs.
- Time slots are subject to availability. If your selected slot is unavailable, your booking will be automatically adjusted to the nearest available slot within a 30–45 minute window, either before or after your chosen time.
- In case we are unable to process your tickets, an automatic refund will be initiated after deducting a non-refundable fee as applicable.
