- Splash Bands are the only accepted form of payment at Waterbom. You will receive a Splash Band upon entry, which can be topped up with credits at the Top Up Counter near the entrance.
- Re-entry to the venue is allowed. Show your ticket, wristband, or stamp at the entrance for re-entry.
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes are allowed once the booking is made.
- Foreign nationals must provide their passport and visa details upon arrival.
- You will receive instant confirmation upon payment. If you do not receive a booking confirmation, please notify the provider.
- The family package is valid for 2 adults and 2 children.
- If we are unable to confirm your booking, a refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method. Please note that any applicable non-refundable fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
- Ticket delivery is not instant they will take time to process 15-30 mins in case of urgent delivery you may contact us at support@ticketex.co or whatsapp us at 9509989377
- Ticketex shall not be liable for any non-receipt of emails sent to the customer’s registered email address. If an email has been successfully dispatched from our system, the transaction will be considered valid and completed, and no refunds or chargebacks will be entertained on that basis.
- Ticketex retains system-generated records (email dispatch logs, transaction confirmations, etc.) as valid proof of service delivery in the event of a chargeback or dispute.
- In the event of a dispute or chargeback, proof of successful payment processing and email delivery will be considered sufficient evidence of service fulfillment.
- A booking is considered successfully completed once payment is processed and confirmation is sent from our system, irrespective of whether the customer has viewed or acknowledged the email.
