- Operating Hours: Open from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM with extended hours until 7:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays (except select dates). The museum is closed on Mondays, but it will open if Monday is a public holiday.
- Separate tickets are required for special exhibitions.
- High school students, children under 18, visitors over 70, and persons with disabilities (plus one caregiver) can enter the General Cultural Exhibition for free with valid ID.
- The museum is wheelchair accessible.
- Photography is allowed in some areas but prohibited in certain sections.
- Do not litter the destination.
