- Open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with last entry at 4:30 PM.
- The museum may close unexpectedly due to bad weather, so it's recommended to check the schedule before visiting.
- Junior high school students and younger are admitted for free. Elementary, junior high school, university, and high school students must present a student ID or proof of age.
- One ticket is valid for a single visit by one guest during the exhibition period. Tickets must be shown at the entrance, and staff will scan the barcode.
- No food or drinks are allowed inside the exhibition spaces to preserve cleanliness and protect the artwork.
- The ticket also grants access to the permanent exhibition room.
- Large luggage (B4 size or larger) must be stored in lockers (100 yen refundable).
- Hazardous items, items that emit odors, and perishable items like fresh flowers are not allowed.
- Please use the designated umbrella stand for umbrellas.
- Pets are not allowed, but assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs) are permitted.
- Entry may be refused to visitors under the influence of alcohol.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
- Set your phone to silent mode and refrain from talking on the phone inside the exhibition rooms.
