- No sharp objects, lighters, bags, alcohol, knives, or similar items allowed. Consumption of alcohol or any form of intoxication is strictly prohibited.
- Board the train at Plaza de los Reyes Católicos starting from 9:00 AM every 20 minutes, for a free and comfortable journey to Loro Parque through Puerto de la Cruz.
