- Once you leave the premises, re-entry is not permitted.
- Commercial photography, videography, and live broadcasting are prohibited.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
- Food and drinks purchased at the garden are prohibited in the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest.
- Open fires, such as BBQs and lighted candles, are prohibited on the garden grounds.
- Dogs are allowed at the outdoor gardens but not in the conservatories, OCBC Skyway, gift shops, or Children's Garden (except for guide dogs).
- For safety reasons, visitors with strollers/prams should use the lifts instead of escalators when navigating the gardens.
- Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to halt any activity, refuse admission, or ask you to leave the premises if any terms and conditions are breached.
- Visit the attraction(s) on the same day and within the selected time slot.
- Check for closure dates of certain conservatories on the official Gardens by the Bay website. Bookings made for attractions on these closure dates will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- Littering is prohibited by law in Singapore and subject to a fine. Please dispose of litter in the designated bins provided to help keep the gardens clean.
- Time slots are subject to availability. If your selected slot is unavailable, your booking will be automatically adjusted to the nearest available slot within a 30–45 minute window, either before or after your chosen time.
- In case we are unable to process your tickets, an automatic refund will be initiated after deducting a non-refundable fee as applicable.
- Ticketex shall not be liable for any non-receipt of emails sent to the customer’s registered email address. If an email has been successfully dispatched from our system, the transaction will be considered valid and completed, and no refunds or chargebacks will be entertained on that basis.
