- Drones are strictly prohibited; guests with drones will be denied entry.
- Scheduling and routes are subject to change without prior notice.
- Please arrive on time; entry is not guaranteed for late arrivals.
- For security reasons, storage facilities for luggage, pushchairs, and buggies are not available.
- The tour involves climbing stairs and escalators, so luggage, pushchairs, strollers, and wheelchairs are not recommended.

- On match days, the tour is available until 5 hours before kick-off.
- The panoramic view will be unavailable from 5:30 pm on September 13th.
