- All foreign nationals must provide their passport and visa details at the time of arrival and entry.

- Alcoholic beverages and drugs are strictly prohibited. Intoxicated visitors may be asked to leave without a refund.
- Visitors must avoid contact with birds 24 hours prior to their Penguin Passport experience for the safety of the animals.
- Time slots are subject to availability. If your selected slot is unavailable, your booking will be automatically adjusted to the nearest available slot within a 30–45 minute window, either before or after your chosen time.
- In case we are unable to process your tickets, an automatic refund will be initiated after deducting a non-refundable fee as applicable.
