- Each tour can accommodate a maximum of 10 persons.
- A Bluetooth speaker will be used to ensure you can clearly hear the guide, so no headphones or headsets are required.
- All participants must show ID upon arrival. International visitors will need to provide their passport and visa details.
- The tour is a walking experience, and no seating will be provided.
- Both children and adults will be charged the same price.
- In case we are unable to process your tickets, an automatic refund will be initiated after deducting a non-refundable fee as applicable.

▶- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made 1 to 30 days before the travel date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, union issues, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, trips or activities may be cancelled. Feasible alternatives will be offered, but cash refunds are not available.
