  • Visitors must pass through security checks at the Palace of Versailles. Long lines may occur during peak times.
  • Separate and marked entrances and exits are implemented at the Palace of Versailles and the Trianon Estate to manage visitor flow.
  • Audio commentary is available in multiple languages: Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Korean, French, Italian, and Polish.
  • Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details upon arrival.
  • ID proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of arrival.
  • Visit the Musical Fountains Show on Saturdays and Sundays from March 30 to October 27, 2024, and every Tuesday from May 7 to June 25, 2024. Special openings include March 29, April 1, May 8, May 9, May 20, and August 15.
  • The Musical Garden is open on select weekdays from April 2 to May 3, 2024 (excluding May 1), and from May 10 to October 31, 2024 (except August 15).
  • There are two lines at the Palace: one for ticketing and another for security checks. This ticket allows you to skip the ticketing line but not the security check line.
  • Time slots are subject to slight variations, and your booking may be adjusted by up to 30 minutes from your selected time.
  • If we are unable to confirm your booking, a refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method. Please note that any applicable non-refundable fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
