- Each guest must present ID proof upon arrival.
- Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details upon arrival.
- Pick up an iPad on the 102nd floor and return it on the 100th floor before leaving.
- Sharp objects, lighters, luggage, alcohol, knives, and other restricted items are not allowed.
- Onsite reverse ATMs are available for cash-to-card transactions.
- No animals are permitted, except service animals.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the observatory.
- Restrooms are available throughout the One World Observatory.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the observatory.
