- Guests must arrive 30 minutes before their selected time slot for check-in at the Guest Services Lounge (Level 1).
- Boarding for latecomers is subject to availability and operator discretion.
- Pick-up and drop-off services are available throughout Singapore town, except for Woodlands and Changi areas.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
- Remain seated during the rotation of the Singapore Flyer for your safety and the safety of others.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, including inside capsules.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the capsules for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Children must be accompanied and supervised by adults at all times to ensure their safety and maintain a comfortable experience for all guests.
