- Hand stamp and ticket are required for same-day re-entry.
- This ticket is valid only for the date of booking and cannot be carried forward.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed, except for baby food, formulas, or special dietary requirements. Bag checks will be conducted at the entrance.
- Transfers are available throughout Singapore town, excluding Woodlands and Changi areas.
- Vehicles with a Disabled Parking Permit can park in the Disabled Parking Area, near the Visitor's Centre.
- Limited wheelchairs and strollers are available for rental at the main entrance (first-come, first-served basis). A non-refundable rental fee applies.
- Accessible restrooms for guests using wheelchairs are available throughout the park. Companion (Family) restrooms are also available at each restroom.
- Many queues and attractions have amplified audio for assistive listening.
- Only service dogs (including guide dogs) are allowed in the park, including attraction queues and restaurants.
- Only Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) are allowed inside the park.
- Residents need to show a valid birth certificate, Photo National ID, Work Permit, or Student Pass for entry. Non-Singapore residents need to show the email confirmation voucher.
- Time slots are subject to availability. If your selected slot is unavailable, your booking will be automatically adjusted to the nearest available slot within a 30–45 minute window, either before or after your chosen time.
- In case we are unable to process your tickets, an automatic refund will be initiated after deducting a non-refundable fee as applicable.
- A booking is considered successfully completed once payment is processed and confirmation is sent from our system, irrespective of whether the customer has viewed or acknowledged the email.
- In the event of a dispute or chargeback, proof of successful payment processing and email delivery will be considered sufficient evidence of service fulfillment.
- Ticketex retains system-generated records (email dispatch logs, transaction confirmations, etc.) as valid proof of service delivery in the event of a chargeback or dispute.
- Ticketex shall not be liable for any non-receipt of emails sent to the customer’s registered email address. If an email has been successfully dispatched from our system, the transaction will be considered valid and completed, and no refunds or chargebacks will be entertained on that basis.
