- Photography is allowed, but no flash or selfie sticks are permitted.
- ID Proof mandatory for all visitors upon arrival.
- In case we are unable to process your tickets, an automatic refund will be initiated after deducting a non-refundable fee as applicable.
- Time slots are subject to availability. If your selected slot is unavailable, your booking will be automatically adjusted to the nearest available slot within a 30–45 minute window, either before or after your chosen time.
