- Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, and missed tickets are non-refundable.
- Do not carry luggage, large bags, sharp objects, lighters, alcohol, knives, or other restricted items.
- Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited; intoxicated guests may be asked to leave the premises.
- International Participants must shared passport and visa details upon arrival.
- Tickets will be sent seven days before your travel date to ensure security and prevent fraud.
- Time slots may vary slightly, with adjustments of up to 30 minutes before or after your chosen time.
- Weekday admissions close at 5:00 PM, and Friday/Saturday admissions close at 6:00 PM.
- Time slots are subject to availability. If your selected slot is unavailable, your booking will be automatically adjusted to the nearest available slot within a 30–45 minute window, either before or after your chosen time.
- In case we are unable to process your tickets, an automatic refund will be initiated after deducting a non-refundable fee as applicable.
