- Some artworks may be unavailable due to large crowds or maintenance. Additionally, artwork specifications may change by season.
- You can stay as long as you wish after entering the venue, but re-entry is not allowed once you exit. Plan your visit accordingly.
- No food, alcohol, or drinks without caps are allowed. Items larger than 50cm and strollers must be stored in the luggage room.
- Avoid touching projectors, sensors, lights, and other equipment. Be cautious of flashing lights and loud sounds from some artworks.
- Photography is allowed, but without the use of flash. Monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited. Commercial filming or photography requires prior approval.
- Some areas may not be suitable for pregnant women or those wearing skirts (wrap skirts are available). Wheelchair users can enter, but some artworks may not be accessible.
- Time slots are subject to availability. If your selected slot is unavailable, your booking will be automatically adjusted to the nearest available slot within a 30–60 minute window, either before or after your chosen time.
- In case we are unable to process your tickets, an automatic refund will be initiated after deducting a non-refundable fee as applicable.
