- By Train: From Shimbashi Station, transfer to the Yurikamome Line toward Toyosu and get off at Shin-Toyosu Station.
- By Subway: From Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, stop at Toyosu Station, then walk about 10 minutes to the museum.
- By Bus: Local Toei buses and airport limousines serve the Toyosu area; get off at Shin-Toyosu Ekimae.
- From Tokyo Station: Take the JR Yamanote Line to Shimbashi Station, then transfer to the Yurikamome Line. Total travel time is about 25–30 minutes.

- Visitors under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry or asked to leave the premises without any refund. The experience is also not suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as heart issues, shortness of breath, or those sensitive to physical exertion.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the museum.
- Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the premises.
- Commercial photography or video recording without prior consent is prohibited.
- This experience may not be suitable for individuals with: Muscle spasms, claustrophobia, light sensitivity, fear of heights, or fear of dark places.
- The exhibit features mirror surfaces in some areas, so it is recommended to wear pants instead of skirts to avoid reflections.
- ID proof is mandatory for all visitors upon arrival.
- Standard wheelchairs are available for use, though they lack special accessories.
- Small lockers (26 cm x 49.5 cm x 87.5 cm) are available for free for storing personal items.
- Photography is allowed, but taking photos or videos for commercial purposes and live broadcasting is strictly prohibited.
- In case we are unable to process your tickets, an automatic refund will be initiated after deducting a non-refundable fee as applicable.
- Time slots are subject to availability. If your selected slot is unavailable, your booking will be automatically adjusted to the nearest available slot within a 30–45 minute window, either before or after your chosen time.
