- Experience unique performances and activities held every last Friday of the month (except June, July, and August). Note that this event may include music in the entrance hall and may not be suitable for those seeking a quiet visit.
- Guide dogs allowed with a proper harness. No prior registration needed. Nearby Museumplein provides a suitable area for walking dogs.
- A first-aid room is available at the service desk in the entrance hall.
- Small items such as coats and umbrellas can be conveniently stored in the museum's self-service cloakroom.
- Large bags, luggage, food, and drinks are not allowed inside the museum.
- Photography (without flash or tripod) is permitted only in the Entrance Hall.
- Photography of artworks in the museum galleries and exhibition spaces is not allowed to preserve the integrity of the artworks.
- Your time slot may vary by up to 30-60 minutes.
- Valid ID is required for entry.
- If we are unable to confirm your booking, a refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method. Please note that any applicable non-refundable fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
- Audio guides are subject to availability. In case they are not provided, your ticket will still remain valid as a General Admission entry. A refund of €2 per ticket will be processed for the audio guide portion.
